OiiOii Subscription & Credits FAQs
  • Eligibility: During the campaign, users who have never purchased membership can enjoy the limited-time 0-point generation benefit when they first buy a membership package marked with this campaign tag. Upgrading membership will not grant the benefit repeatedly. Each account may participate only once.
    • Campaign Period: 10.28–11.4
    • Benefit Validity: Takes effect immediately after successful purchase. PRO/TEAM PRO membership is valid for 3 days; APEX/TEAM MAX membership is valid for 7 days. Each day counts as 24 hours and the benefit expires automatically. The end of the campaign will not affect the remaining validity of activated benefits.
    • Scope of Application: Only for models and corresponding specifications marked with 「Limited-Time 0-Point」, subject to page display.
    • Reminder: During the big sale, computing power may be tight, generation queues may occur, or the 0-point channel may be temporarily unavailable. Please try again later or continue generating with points, subject to the actual page prompt.
    • Refund Policy: Membership under this campaign is a promotional product and non-refundable unless otherwise required by law. If a refund is processed in accordance with the law, fees for used services will be deducted from the refund amount, and related points and campaign benefits will be revoked.
  1. Purchase an annual membership during the campaign to receive extra bonus Credits for the first month. These bonus Credits are valid for 31 days.
  2. Each account is eligible for this bonus only once. Benefits do not stack on repeated purchases, and no reissue will be granted if you repurchase after a refund. If your membership expires, the bonus benefits will terminate simultaneously.
  3. Membership products including the first-month bonus Credits are promotional items and non-refundable after purchase unless otherwise required by law. If a refund must be processed in compliance with legal requirements, this bonus benefit will be cancelled. Once the bonus Credits have been credited to your account, their equivalent value as published will be deducted from the refund amount. Conversion rate: 10 Credits = 1 CNY.
  4. The campaign runs from 9.8 to 10.7 and from 10.16 to 10.28.

Box Credit is the official consumption unit of the OiiOii platform, divided into General Box Credit and Model-Specific Box Credit:

  • General Box Credit: Usable for creation with all models on the platform
  • Model-Specific Box Credit: Only available for designated models and cannot be consumed under other models

Some models require corresponding membership access in addition to Box Credit consumption. After you start a creation task, the system will automatically deduct the corresponding amount of Box Credit based on the number of storyboard shots, image count, model type, generation duration and other relevant parameters. Box Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

You can obtain Box Credit via the following methods:

  • Membership Subscription: Receive monthly Box Credit for your selected tier. Quarterly and annual plans issue Box Credit in batches on a 31-day cycle starting from your payment date. Refer to the subscription detail page for exact quantities. Every batch of Box Credit granted by membership subscriptions is valid for 31 days from the date the batch is issued.
    • How to subscribe: Hover over your avatar → Click Subscribe → Go to the plan selection page → Select a plan and complete payment
  • Purchase OiiOii Box Credit Top-Up Packs: One-time purchase to get a fixed amount of Box Credit. Box Credit from top-up packs is valid for 365 days.
    • How to buy: Hover over your avatar → Click Buy Box Credit → Choose a pack and complete payment
  • Daily Check-in: Complete daily check-in to receive complimentary Box Credit rewards from the platform. Box Credit obtained from check-in is valid for 3 days starting from the issuance date.
    • How to check in: Hover over your avatar → Click Check-in, then claim your reward after finishing the daily check-in.

Box Credit rules, reward policies and related campaign mechanisms may be adjusted according to OiiOii’s operational circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, OiiOii reserves the right of final interpretation of these rules.

When you call a designated model, the system will first consume the Model-Specific Box Credit for that model, then consume General Box Credit. For Box Credit of the same type, the system deducts the one closest to expiry first to best protect your Box Credit benefits.

OiiOii offers flexible monthly, quarterly and annual subscription plans. Each plan includes a certain amount of Box Credit that may be used for image generation, video generation, music generation, editing and other features. Note: Price difference upgrade is not supported for tier upgrades or plan extensions at this time. You need to pay the full price of the new tier when upgrading.

The following six scenarios apply:

(1) Monthly plan: upgrading from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan

  • Any remaining unused Box Credit will be retained, and their validity period will remain unchanged.
  • The new subscription plan will take effect from the date the upgrade payment is successfully completed, with a new 31‑day cycle, and the Box Credit will be credited immediately.

(2) Quarterly plan: upgrading from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan

  • Any remaining unused Box Credit issued before the upgrade will be retained, and their validity period will remain unchanged.
  • The new quarterly subscription plan will take effect from the date the upgrade payment is successfully completed, with a new 93‑day cycle, and the first batch of Box Credit will be credited immediately.
  • Refund handling: For months of the original lower-tier plan for which Box Credit have not yet been issued, the corresponding fees will be refunded to you via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

(3) Annual plan: upgrading from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan

  • Any remaining unused Box Credit issued before the upgrade will be retained, and their validity period will remain unchanged.
  • The new annual subscription plan will take effect from the date the upgrade payment is successfully completed, with a new 365‑day cycle, and the first batch of Box Credit will be credited immediately.
  • Refund handling: For months of the original lower-tier plan for which Box Credit have not yet been issued, the corresponding fees will be refunded to you via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

(4) Same-tier plan: switching from monthly to quarterly

  • Any remaining unused Box Credit will be retained, and their validity period will remain unchanged.
  • The new quarterly subscription plan will take effect from the date the upgrade payment is successfully completed, with a new 93‑day cycle, and the Box Credit will be credited immediately.

(5) Same-tier plan: switching from quarterly to annual

  • Any remaining unused Box Credit issued before the upgrade will be retained, and their validity period will remain unchanged.
  • The new annual subscription plan will take effect from the date the upgrade payment is successfully completed, with a new 365‑day cycle, and the first batch of Box Credit will be credited immediately.
  • Refund handling: For months of the original lower-tier plan for which Box Credit have not yet been issued, the corresponding fees will be refunded to you via the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

(6) Same-tier plan: switching from monthly to annual

  • Any remaining unused Box Credit issued before the upgrade will be retained, and their validity period will remain unchanged.
  • The new subscription plan will take effect from the date the upgrade payment is successfully completed, with a new 365‑day cycle, and the first batch of Box Credit will be credited immediately.

Cancelling auto‑renewal

If you have not performed any creation tasks, used any benefits or consumed any Box Credit after your latest payment, you may apply for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Otherwise, refunds or transfers for any reason are not supported after purchase. Expired Box Credit cannot be refunded or extended.

If creation fails due to system issues, the corresponding Box Credit will be automatically returned to you.
