OiiOii pricing

• Activity rules: The platform may hold general credit or model-specific credit bonus campaigns from time to time. During such campaigns, subscribing to a membership or topping up credits may grant varying amounts of general credits or model-specific credits; amounts and validity periods are subject to the specific campaign terms.
• Refund policy: During promotional campaigns, membership subscriptions and credit top-ups are promotional benefit products and are non-refundable after purchase. Thank you for understanding.

Credit is the official currency of the OiiOii platform. When you create, the system deducts Credit based on task complexity (e.g. Number of storyboard shots, image generation, model type, and video duration). Note: Credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.

You can earn/purchase Credit via:

• Subscription and Top-Ups:
  • Subscription Plans: Each tier comes with a monthly Credit allowance (validity 31 days)
    • How to : Hover over Avatar → Subscribe → Select Plan.
  • Credit Top-Up Packs: One-time purchases for extra creative power.(validity 365 days)
    • How to: Hover over Avatar → Buy Credit → Choose Pack.
• Community & Rewards:
  • New User Bonus: New users may receive a certain amount of Credit upon registration; the amount and validity period are subject to the current campaign terms.
  • Daily Check-in: Check in daily (resets at 00:00 UTC); the amount and validity period are subject to the current campaign terms.
  • Referral Bonus: For every friend successfully invited to register and log in, the amount and validity period are subject to the current campaign terms.
  • Event Rewards: The amount and validity period are set according to specific community program and operational campaign rules.

Credit rules, reward policies, and related activity mechanisms may be adjusted based on OiiOii’s operational circumstances. To the extent permitted by law, OiiOii reserves the right of final interpretation of such rules.

The Credit pricing rules are set out in the Basic Pricing Table.

To protect your balance, our system follows a "First-to-Expire, First-Out" policy. We always prioritize deducting the Credits closest to their expiration date.

OiiOii offers flexible monthly and annual subscription plans. Each plan includes a certain number of Credit that may be used for dialogue, image generation, video generation, music and voice-over generation, editing, and other features.

The following scenarios apply:

(1) Monthly subscription: upgrading from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan

• Any remaining unused Credit will be retained, and their validity period will remain unchanged.
• The new subscription plan will take effect from the date the upgrade payment is successfully completed, and a new thirty (31)-day subscription period will begin to apply. Your benefits will immediately be upgraded to those of the higher-tier plan.
• Promotional plan: Eligible new users with no previous paid history may receive a USD 7 Base membership trial plan. Both membership benefits and Credit are valid for 3 days. For purchases made before 2026.4.27, membership benefits were valid for 7 days while Credit remained valid for 31 days.

(2) Annual subscription: upgrading from a lower-tier plan to a higher-tier plan

• Credit already issued for the current period and any remaining unused Credit will be retained, and their validity period will remain unchanged.
• The new annual subscription plan will take effect from the date the upgrade payment is successfully completed, and a new three hundred sixty-five (365)-day subscription period will begin to apply. Your benefits will immediately be upgraded to those of the higher-tier plan.

Refund handling:

For months of the original lower-tier plan for which Credit have not yet been issued, the corresponding fees will be refunded to you via the original payment method within five (5) to seven (7) business days.

(3) Same-tier plan: upgrading from a monthly plan to an annual plan

• Any remaining unused Credit will be retained, and their validity period will remain unchanged.
• The new subscription plan will take effect from the date the upgrade payment is successfully completed, and a new three hundred sixty-five (365)-day subscription period will begin to apply. Your benefits will remain unchanged.

Notice

In all upgrade scenarios, upon successful upgrade, the new automatic renewal cycle (monthly: 31 days / annual: 365 days) will restart from the date of successful payment. If you have any questions, please send email to the payment@oiioii.ai.

About Automatic Renewal

• Membership Subscriptions (Monthly/Yearly): Auto-renewal depends on your chosen payment method.

• Credit Top-Up Packs: These are one-time purchases and are credited to your account immediately. No purchase limit, and they do not auto-renew.

How to Cancel Automatic Renewal

• Cancellation Steps: Tap your Avatar → click Subscription&Bill → click Renewal Management → Cancel Subscription

• 7-Day Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase ONLY IF no Credit has been consumed and no member benefits have been used.
• System Errors: If a generation fails due to a system glitch, your Credit will be automatically refunded to your balance.

How to request: Email payment@oiioii.ai with your account info and reason.

Upon approval, refunds are typically processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Path: Hover over your avatar -> Click [Subscription & Billing] -> [Download Receipt] -> Fill in the required information.
• If you are an enterprise user with high-volume Credits transactions or specific invoicing requirements, you may contact our dedicated consultant.
  • How to reach us: Click your avatar -> Go to the [Subscription Page] -> Click [Business Plan] -> Click [Contact Consultant]. Once you submit your basic information, our business team will contact you.

Within the maximum extent permitted by law, You own the copyright of all content you generated on OiiOii. OiiOii does not claim any copyright on user-created works. This means you can freely publish, download, and use these videos and images.
